Our Sausage Maker D5 Stainless Steel Food Dehydrator unit maintains all the power and high quality of our larger food dehydrators, but comes in a smaller size.   You can use your Sausage Maker Dehydrator to make different beef or venison jerky, dry fruits, vegetables, or fruit leathers.  The D5 Model is a fantastic way to enjoy natural, healthy preserved foods for the entire family.

Every one of our food dehydrators are constructed to exact specifications that allow the use and cleaning of each unit to be easier and more efficient. Each food dehydrator box itself is built from a single piece of premium mirror polished food grade 304Series Stainless Steel.  This stainless steel unit is an ideal material for healthy conscious people as it has no weld marks on the inside and it will not rust.  Stainless steel is very hygienic due to its non porous surface and its ability to withstand high temperatures without letting off dangerous vapors.   This food grade quality construction eliminates any seams and potentially dangerous pockets where food might collect.  We make sure to provide our customers with the latest design and the practical use in all our food dehydrators.

The D5 Food Dehydrator features a rear-mounted fan with a louvered door which maximizes both air circulation and moisture removal. A and timer make The process of drying food in our D5 Food Dehydrator is so simple because a timer and temperature control module eliminate questions on how long to dry the food.   This compact food dehydrator is particularly easy to clean.
